Could you share your job title and what you do at SeenThis?
My name is Hamed, and I’m the Head of Technical Production in the Nordics. Essentially, I lead the technical side of things for our team and ensure that our campaigns run smoothly in this region. This involves managing a fantastic team of technical producers and working to provide excellence in our production and a high level of service to our clients and agencies.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the dynamic nature of my role. Every day is like a new puzzle to solve. The tech and ad industry is both thrilling and challenging, and I particularly enjoy the problem-solving aspect. Together with my team of technical producers, we love finding innovative ways to improve digital advertising for our clients.
How do you balance your work and personal life?
It's all about finding the right balance. I unwind by taking long walks; they clear my mind and give me a fresh perspective. Spending quality time with my kids is a top priority for me.

What motivates you, and do you have a special passion, talent, or interest to share?
My motivation stems from our goal of tackling our clients' challenges, whether it's streamlining ad production or contributing to reducing their carbon footprint. Speaking of ad production, it's a complex world with many bolts and dials you can turn. It takes a deep understanding to deliver a product that works flawlessly across multiple interlocking ecosystems—this is where our team of Ad Tech and Ad Ops professionals really excels. Understanding and sharing this knowledge to enhance our collective competence is what motivates me.
