Hello! I'm Malin, Talent Acquisition Specialist here at SeenThis. I support the commercial organization's managers when it comes to finding and hiring new talent for their teams, globally. 🌍

What made you decide to work at SeenThis?

Oh, a tricky one, since there was a lot... But a few things stand out: the fun, driven people I met throughout the recruitment process, the journey SeenThis is on, and the product, which is something extra (working with recruitment, you want something really cool to bring to the candidate market!🔥)

What makes you happy?

A list of things I like (in no particular order): cute dog videos, the feeling when you find the perfect candidate for a job and the candidate feels the same way, morning runs, my boyfriend's food, and horses.

If you had a workplace superpower, what would it be?

Oh, I'd love to be able to teleport! Imagine being able to have all interviews in person — a morning meeting in Australia, off to Singapore after that, back home for lunch, attend a meeting in the UK, and finish off in the US. Wow! ✈️
