At SeenThis, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring client success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the digital advertising space while actively contributing to business growth through sales and upselling opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
Sales & Client Growth: Support and develop existing client relationships by identifying upsell opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in presenting products, providing expert advice, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in overseeing the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and to spec.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign progress, analyze performance data, and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring continued success with SeenThis solutions.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, proactively resolving challenges to keep campaigns on track, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate campaign details and updates in the SeenThis CRM platform.
Qualifications
Digital Advertising Experience: Some previous experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations, with knowledge of tracking and analytics technologies.
Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy and quality control to ensure all campaign elements meet required specifications.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
