We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager — the key connector between our Technical Producers, Sales Team, and clients.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a new position, so we’re seeking someone who thrives in an evolving environment, embraces the challenge of creating structure, and enjoys being at the forefront of change. This role is all about ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish, whether it’s troubleshooting tracking issues, managing campaign materials, or keeping everyone informed and aligned.

Role Responsibilities

Asset Delivery / SLAs:
- Set clear expectations regarding timelines, revisions, and deliverables to minimize last-minute changes.
- Collect and verify all campaign assets by coordinating emails to ensure production requirements are met, requesting missing assets when needed.

Campaign Submission:
- Responsible for submitting campaigns ready for production with a clear and organized brief, including all necessary specifications.

Account Management & Comms:
- Facilitate campaign communication by providing prompt client support, addressing issues, consolidating actionable feedback for AdOps, and assisting with troubleshooting.

Campaign Activation:
- Monitor campaign delivery deadlines, chasing sales on delayed campaigns, deviations, etc.
- Send reminders for missing assets, download and organize materials, and flag the need for additional information when required.

Campaign Reporting:
- Generate PCA reports for clients to highlight learnings and success stories.

Workflow Optimization:
- Identify and implement best practices for asset intake, feedback loops, and communication to increase efficiency.
- Develop templates or guides for common feedback requests, reducing repetitive tasks and streamlining the process.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Organizational & Detail-Oriented Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure accuracy in campaign materials and tracking.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving & Proactiveness: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently, take initiative, and drive solutions forward.
- Project & Campaign Management Experience: Background in coordinating or managing projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and execution.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Previous experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations, with knowledge of tracking and analytics technologies.
- Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English.
Good to Have:
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Notion, Office 365 or similar tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and the media or advertising industry.
- Technical & Design Skills: Basic design capabilities (e.g., mockups) or experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Experience working in a fast-growing or evolving organization where flexibility and problem-solving are essential.
