About the role
You'll own the analysis, understand the detail, and make the whole picture clear for those who don't. You'll connect market-level performance to the company's overall strategy. Managers should experience you as a partner who makes them better, not a control function they report to.

Business Partnering & Coaching

• Act as dedicated finance partner to market and functional leaders across all markets, supporting them in budgeting, forecasting, pricing and commercial decisions.

• Review and challenge major deals, renewals and pricing exceptions before signing. You'll own the financial guardrails (margin floors, discount thresholds) and support Sales with deal-level profitability analysis.

• Explain financial outcomes, drivers and trade-offs in clear, accessible terms.

• Build financial literacy across the leadership community through proactive, pedagogical support.

Analysis & Insight

• Own recurring performance analysis (revenue, margin, cost-to-revenue, pipeline economics) per market and consolidated, with clear conclusions and recommendations.

• Deliver ad hoc analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments and organizational changes.

• Own benefits tracking for strategic initiatives: define baselines, track realized savings and margin effects against the business case, and report deviations to the executive team.

• Spot risks, deviations and opportunities early, and bring them to the right owner with a proposed way forward.

Planning & Reporting

• Drive the budget and forecast process across markets, including timelines, templates, quality assurance and challenge of submitted numbers.

• Partner with People on workforce planning: headcount budgeting and forecasting, cost modelling of organizational changes, and compensation-related analysis.

• Prepare management and board-level reporting, ensuring one consistent version of the truth across markets and systems.

• Continuously improve controlling processes, models and tooling, including automation and AI-supported workflows.

Success in this role looks like: leaders actively seek your input before decisions, and your analyses are accurate in the detail and clear in the conclusion. The organization understands not just what the numbers say, but why, and what to do about it.

Qualifications
Required

• University degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field.

• Several years of experience in business control, FP&A or a similar role, ideally in a scale-up, SaaS or adtech environment.

• Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Experience running budget and forecast processes across multiple markets or business units.

• The ability to explain complex financials clearly and confidently to non-finance stakeholders.

• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Good to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.

• Experience with deal desk, pricing or commercial finance.

• An interest in automation and AI-supported ways of working.

• Swedish language skills.
