About the role

In this role, you’ll support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Your structured approach will help improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency in a dynamic, cross-border business.

Key responsibilities include customer invoicing, accounts payable, Swedish VAT reporting, and assisting with monthly closings and annual audits. You’ll also collaborate with local accounting partners abroad to ensure compliance and play a key role in developing and maintaining our ERP system, Microsoft Business Central.

You’ll join a 10-person finance team, report to the Head of Accounting, and help build a scalable financial infrastructure in a fast-paced, global environment.

Start date: September 1, 2025.

Qualifications

You are structured, hands-on, and committed to excellence in finance. With solid accounting experience and an eagerness to improve processes, you are ready to support a growing international organization.

Required:

• 3–5+ years of experience in a similar financial role

• Strong skills in day-to-day accounting, general ledger management, and monthly closing activities

• Good understanding of financial compliance requirements and audit processes

• Proven experience with VAT reporting in Sweden and solid knowledge of Swedish accounting standards

• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems

• Proficiency in Excel and strong general IT/system skills

• Professional proficiency in English

• Professional proficiency in Swedish
  
  

Good to have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience working in an international context and supporting financial operations in multiple countries

• Experience collaborating with external accounting firms, especially across different countries

• Prior knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Central

• Previous involvement in ERP system development or finance process automation projects
