Technical Producer

SeenThis Japan is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Technical Producer to join the team. As a technical producer you will join a fun and fast-paced tech-scale up that has recently established an office in Tokyo, Japan. Within this role you will get the opportunity to work close to the SeenThis Japan sales team and across a wide range of campaigns for leading brands, advertisers and publishers by creating beautiful HTML5 ads within the SeenThis CMS and Studio. The Role

In this role, you will be a key member of the SeenThis Japan AdOps team, contributing to scaling growth in the Japanese market. As a Technical Producer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling coding, design, and client interactions. Your responsibilities include converting advertising materials into HTML5 ads and mockups in our CMS, collaborating with customers to achieve optimal results, and providing technical support alongside the Japan sales team, including participating in customer meetings. You’ll oversee the entire process, from campaign creation to execution, using tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Premiere for video editing. This role reports to the Head of Technical Production, Japan.

We are looking for a service-minded superstar who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work independently as well as in a team environment. To thrive in this role, you probably have a solid background in coding combined with video editing skills and an eye for great design.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in HTML / CSS / Javascript

• Experience in developing videos, video edits, custom executions, or design related work

• Professional proficiency in Japanese and ideally basic to intermediate knowledge of English

Good to Have

• Digital media experience and/or experience from ad serving systems, such as Doubleclic

• Experience in Adobe Premiere

• Basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects is a plus
