Sales Director Sweden
We are looking for a passionate sales leader to join us as Sales Director Sweden. Working closely with General Manager Nordics, you will take ownership for fueling our go-to-market efforts with key Media Agencies, Holding Companies and Brands.
The responsibilities of the Sales Director Sweden include establishing and cultivating new relationships with key stakeholders, building a pipeline of opportunities, closing deals, and executing the game plan for continued growth and expansion.

About the role
As Sales Director Sweden, you are responsible for the total sales target and costs for Sweden. You will work closely together with the General Manager Nordics to set the overall growth goals for your team and break them down for each individual. You believe in leading by example, to inspire your team.
Meet the organization's growth goals by creating increased sales and increased profits, together with the Agency Sales Manager Sweden and the Swedish sales team.
Work with the GM Nordics and Agency Sales Manager Sweden to set strategies and tactics required to achieve the sales goals, communicate them to the team and ensure your employees implement them.
Work with the GM Nordics and Agency Sales Manager Sweden to clarify how you should map potential and existing customers. Active target group work is a key factor.
Through management, support and active leadership, make sure each person in the sales team contributes in the best way possible and works towards their own as well as the organization's goals.
Work towards key people in the media companies, to secure agreements and goals.
Take responsibility for attracting, retaining and developing the sales team and other employees needed to achieve sales goals in a structured way.
Always work actively, towards customers, directly or indirectly.
Qualifications & Desired Skill Set
You have a passion for “owning it”, closing deals and winning as a team. And we believe that you, today, most likely work within the media landscape - maybe at a Media Agency, Online Publisher or at an AdTech company.
Proven track record delivering results, building relationships and collaborating with others
Passion for building business and delivering value for our agency partners
Experience establishing long standing and consultative client relationships
Existing relationships with decision makers at major agency and advertisers
Strong communications skills, and ability to speak with C-Level clients
Previous leadership experience is highly meriting
