As Partnership Director Australia you will be responsible for leading and growing our publisher and technology partnerships.
Focusing at a senior and strategic level, you will primarily work with senior management within Publisher or AdTech roles and will be tasked with driving partner-company wide education, adoption, and activation of streaming as an infrastructure for video, display advertising and content delivery.

About the role
In the role of Partnership Director, we expect you to be experienced in leading new product development and commercial BD to-market activations, have a thorough understanding of technology productization, be able to engage with publishers and technology partners’ commercial and product teams, as well as the account management team internally at SeenThis – to drive adoption and activation of streaming.
The Partnerships Director will lead in-market evangelism on how streaming will drive positive business outcomes for the client and the industry, and be actively presenting and engaging with public speaking events.
You will liaise with other SeenThis markets, to ensure continuity in the narrative and the approach taken externally, as well as ensuring that both sides of the business unilaterally grow from each other's achievements and new partnerships, via knowledge share and sharing of in market traction of streaming; also working in concert with the UK and US Partnership Directors on the delivery of global publisher and AdTech activations, strategy, and opportunities.
Creation of engagement and growth strategy
Business development of new in-market opportunities
Activation of accounts and campaigns
Training of commercial, product and operational teams at publishers and tech providers
Liaising with finance to ensure accounts are maintained
Working with product and tech to feedback new market requests
The role requires a highly self-motivated individual who is capable of quickly grasping new technologies and applying them to customer problems in a consultative selling manner. It will also require an individual who understands and thrives in a rapid-growth start-up culture, who is excited to be involved at ground level as well as a senior stakeholder level for the activation and delivery of partnerships.
8 years plus experience in digital advertising
4 years plus working in ad tech partnership role - either at a publisher or in adtech (Ideal)
Experience in strategic planning and development
Experience in consultative selling to senior stakeholders
